Adding an RTM/Supplier to Multiple Locations

Learn how to add a supplier/RTM to multiple locations at once using the batch update feature. Adding supplier information helps you access large groups of locations associated with the distributor more easily and keeps your account structure consistent.

Steps:

1. Select the Locations tab.



2. Search for the locations you want to update,



or use filters to narrow the list




3. Choose the locations:


  • Use the map selection tool (top-left), or



  • Use list view and tick each checkbox.



4.To work with all results, select Select all.



5.Select Batch at the bottom of the screen.




6.Select Update next to supplier.




7.Search for the supplier you want to assign.




  • If the supplier does not exist, create a new company record.



8.Select Add to apply the supplier to all chosen locations.




Troubleshooting:

  • Cannot create a Supplier/Route to Market?
    • Ask your Admin or leadership team to update your permissions.
