Add/Remove product statuses from a single location

This article explains how to add, update and remove a product status for an individual location. Keeping product statuses up to date helps you track the different statuses of your SKUs across all locations more efficiently.

Note:  Any changes to a product’s status will automatically update the reports in Bowimi, along with the time of the change and the user who actioned it.

Steps:

  1. Go to the ‘Locations’ page in Bowimi and select the location you want to add or update the product status for.



  2. Click ‘View Location’ to open the actions page.



  3. Click on the ‘Products’ tab and select the product you want to add or update the status for.



  4. Select the relevant product status and click ‘Save’ to add or update the status for that location.

  5. If you want to Remove a product status, follow steps 1–3. After selecting the relevant product, choose ‘No Status’ and click ‘Save’ to remove the status from the selected location.
